Guides for the Food Festival Event in Tarisland.
Open up the Event menu and click the Food Festival Tab. Here you will see your goals for the event and be able to claim the Rainbow Candy currency when you complete those goals.
There is also a Food Gallery button (Circled in red in the pic). This opens up a cookbook containing all the currently available recipes, each ingredient is listed and you can click the ‘Obtain Now’ text to be teleported/walked to the location where you can farm or buy each ingredient.
You will be cooking meals in 3 different zones; Stews in Ancash Canyon, BBQ in SilverLit, and drinks in Misty Forest. Each of these zones has its own cooking tent and vendor.
Note: While playing other content you may loot the materials or even the Pure meals required for the chests. be sure to keep these until you have completed all the things.

Cook Dishes
The first goal is to ‘Cook Dishes’.
We are going to complete this quest in the main City of Silverlit.
Find the pink Food Festival tent at 645,799
At this tent we can cook ‘Meat Skewers with Nuts’
The ingredients are: Eagle Meat, Nuts, and Barbecue Sauce.
Eagle Meat – Can be looted from the ‘Parkers Spy’ creatures on the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 541,1781
Nuts – Can be gathered from the floor in the Taras Farm area in Silverlit Outskirts 667,1838
Barbecue Sauce – This is bought from Manny Dodo, to the right of the pink tent in Silverlit.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Silverlit and interact with the Barbeque. Hit the cook button to start cooking.
Pay attention to the required temperature shown at the bottom of the screen. Keep clicking regularly to maintain the correct temperature. You will also need to try to click to get the spatula in the correct zone!
How well you do with these two cooking requirements will determine which type of Meat Skewers you end up with; Dry, Tender, or Pure.
Completing this first cook will complete the quest ‘Cook Dishes’, be sure to go back to your event page to claim the rewards!
Share Dishes
The second goal is to ‘Share Dishes’.
We are going to complete this quest in the main City of Silverlit.
Find the pink Food Festival tent at 645,799
Just to the left of the tent is a chef NPC called Maeve Ironelbow. Talk with Maeve to give him the Meat Skewers with Nuts (Pure).
If you do not have the Pure version then you will need to craft more of them as above until your perfect the cooking process and get the pure ones.
When you have given Maeve the Pure Meat Skewers it will start a ‘Matchmaking timer’, Looking for that special someone. This will match you with a random player in the game. You will have 600 seconds to find the player. There will be a ‘Private’ button to allow you to message the player. Use the message to say hello, then link your location in the chat using the location share button. Hopefully the player is paying attention and is trying to find you too! If the timer runs out, go back to maeve and ask for a different special someone to find.
When you met, select each other and use the special ability ‘Share Food’. This will complete the objective. Go back to the event screen and collect your rewards.
Gourmet Giftbox
The third goal is to ‘Collect Gourmet Giftboxes’.
You will find a Gourmet Giftbox in an Elite Dungeon or Arcane Realm.
Open up your Dungeon UI and be sure you have Elite Difficulty selected in the bottom left. Select a dungeon and enter as a group or using matchmaking. Note: The Library of Chaos would be the easiest one to do.
The Chef’s Giftbox will be looted after the last boss and can be found in your inventory. Opening it will reward you with some random event items and some Rainbow Candy currency.
It appears you can earn one of these every day, so be sure to keep doing dungeons!
Gourmet Chests
The next goal is to collect Gourmet Chests in the open world. You will only need to pick up one chest to complete the goal and claim the rewards. There are 12 chests out in the world. Collecting all of them will give you more currency!
There are 4 chests in each of the 3 zones: Ancash Canyon, SilverLit, and Misty Forest.
You will need one each of the pure foods from each zone to open the chests. Stews in Ancash Canyon, BBQ in SilverLit, and drinks in Misty Forest.
To make the foods you will need to farm special ingredients. Some of the ingredients have multiple sources, listed below is at least one source for each.
The last chest of each zone requires all the previous pure foods, so you will need 2 of each type of pure food to be able to open every chest, thus when farming the materials, be sure to grab 2 of each not just 1! Some players may want to grab a couple of extras in case they fail on the perfect cooking requirements.
Each chest will give you 5 Rainbow Candy plus a copy of the recipe for the food you used to open the chest.

Timed Events
The next two parts of the event are timed.
Gourmet Party happens at 12:00 and 18:00 Server Time.
Gourmet Feast happens at 14:00 and 20:00 Server Time.
To find out how your real world time relates to server time, hover over the weather symbol on the top right of your mini-map, as shown in the picture to the right.
You can see that for me, my real time and my server time are 2 hours apart, so all the events start 2 hours earlier than stated in game.. so every day we get to do maths!
Note: You may not be able to see this info while stood in SilverLit. Go to one of the open world zones for the symbol to appear.
Gourmet Party
This opens up at certain times of the day. The quest will be active for around 40 minutes after the start time.
At the correct time, visit the little green dude at the top of the stairs in SilverLit 613,786
Talk with the green dude and he will put you into costume, now you are a green dude too!
You have a limited time to race around SilverLit running over the cakes to ‘eat’ them. You should try to find 15 cakes to gain 15 stacks of the buff, then go to the weighing scales to be weighed. This will give you 15 Rainbow Candy! Any stacks over 15 will not be counted/rewarded.
You can then repeat the process 3 more times to earn more candy within the 40 minute window. Once you have weighed yourself 4 times, subsequent weigh ins will no longer give Candy, so you really do want to get the full 15 before you weigh in!
When you stop receiving Candy you won’t get anymore for the rest of the day, even during the next time slot.
When you have completed this quest at least one then you can collect your Carrot Pendant reward for completing the Gourmet Party from the main Food Festival UI.
Gourmet Feast
This opens up at certain times of the day.
At the set time, go to the Feast table in the middle of SilverLit at 608,787 to fight the food thieves. The fight will last around 10 minutes. You will earn 1 Rainbow Candy from each bad guy that you kill.
After the fighting is finished, it’s chest hunting time!
Where the boss was there will now be a large ‘Shopkeepers Chest with 2 smaller chests either side of it.
Start by looting the chest on the right to receive the right key. You will then have a timed quest pop up asking you to find the next chest. This is not the chest to the left of the Shopkeepers Chest, first you will need to find 4 other hidden chests. You will need to loot these in the order that it asks you to and then return to open the left chest to loot the left key. You will then be able to open the Shopkeepers Chest.
Gourmet Chests
SilverLit Food Festival Chest 1
To open this chest you will need some Pure Meat Skewers with Nuts.
You will cook this in the main City of Silverlit at the pink Food Festival tent at 645,799
The ingredients are: Eagle Meat, Nuts, and Barbecue Sauce.
Eagle Meat – Can be looted from the ‘Parkers Spy’ creatures on the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 541,1781

SilverLit Food Festival Chest 2
To open this chest you will need some Pure Honey Grilled Fish.
You will cook this in the main City of Silverlit at the pink Food Festival tent at 645,799
The ingredients are: Spotted Silver Carp, Honey, and Barbecue Sauce.
Spotted Silver Carp – Can be fished up from the waters around the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 510,1758 I used the green (common) Mithril Bait and fished up the Carp within 3 tries
Honey – This can be found in the SilverLit Outskirts just north of Taras Farm 711,1806
Barbecue Sauce – This is bought from Manny Dodo, to the right of the pink tent in Silverlit.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Silverlit and interact with the Barbeque. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
Find the chest on top of the tower on the side of the Library building 668.704
You will need some stairs or a flying mount to get to it!
SilverLit Food Festival Chest 3
To open this chest you will need some Pure Surf & Turf Skewers.
You will cook this in the main City of Silverlit at the pink Food Festival tent at 645,799
The ingredients are: Dried Meat, Aquatic Plants, and Barbecue Sauce.
Dried Meat – Can be looted from the ‘Parkers Spy’ creatures on the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 541,1781
Aquatic Plants – Can be fished from the waters around the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 510,1758 – This one was super rare for me, requiring many tries, hopefully you have more luck!
Barbecue Sauce – This is bought from Manny Dodo, to the right of the pink tent in Silverlit.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Silverlit and interact with the Barbeque. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
Find the chest on top of the bridge in the north of the Military zone 511.821
You will need some stairs or a flying mount to get to it!
SilverLit Food Festival Chest 4
To open this chest you will need the Pure Barbeque Bucket.
You will cook this in the main City of Silverlit at the pink Food Festival tent at 645,799
To make the Barbeque Bucket you will need a Pure version of all the previous recipes from Silverlit, and a Best Barbecue Sauce.
The Best Barbecue Sauce is bought from Manny Dodo, to the Right of the cooking pot, using the Rainbow Candy currency.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Silverlit and interact with the Barbeque. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
Find the chest behind the tower to the west of the Library 653.727
Ancash Canyon Food Festival Chest 1
To open this chest you will need some Pure Sour Wild Wolf Soup.
You will cook this in Ancash Tribe, Ancash Canyon at the pink Food Festival tent at 1066,1097
The ingredients are: Wolf Meat, Sour Berry, and Stock Pot.
Wolf Meat – Can be looted from the wolves in Ancash Canyon 1187,1041 just east of Ancash Tribe.
Sour Berry – Gathered from berry bushes scattered around the area. Find a few just outside the southern entrance to Ancash Tribe 987,1207. There is also a decent cluster further south at 1045,1328
Stock Pot – Bought with Silver Coins from Manny Max, to the Left of the cooking pot.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Ancash Tribe and interact with the Stew Pot. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
Find the chest on top of the tower in the north west of Ancash Tribe 894,967
You will need some stairs or a flying mount to get to it!
Ancash Canyon Food Festival Chest 2
To open this chest you will need some Pure Fish Stew with Eggs.
You will cook this in Ancash Tribe, Ancash Canyon at the pink Food Festival tent at 1066,1097
The ingredients are: Snakehead, Bird Egg, and Stock Pot.
Snakehead – Can be fished up in the waters just south of the Dock area in Ancash Canyon 1089,858 I used the green (common) Mithril Bait and fished up the Snakehead within 3 tries.
Bird Egg – Found around the nests just south of Dim Cavern area in Ancash Canyon 679,1080
Stock Pot – Bought with Silver Coins from Manny Max, to the Left of the cooking pot.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Ancash Tribe and interact with the Stew Pot. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
The chest is up on the broken walls of the Ancient Ruins area at 257,974. You will need to use a bit of trial and error with the different teleport circles, as they will teleport you to random spots! You may be able to jump to the chest even if you don’t get teleported right next to it.
Ancash Canyon Food Festival Chest 3
To open this chest you will need some Pure Seafood-Flavor Beef Soup. (Note: The item in your bags is called Seafood-Flavor Meat Soup)
You will cook this in Ancash Tribe, Ancash Canyon at the pink Food Festival tent at 1066,1097
The ingredients are: Beef, Kelp, and Stock Pot.
Beef – Looted from Rhinos north east of Ancash Tribe at 1075,971
Kelp – Can be fished from the waters around the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 510,1758 I used the green (common) Mithril Bait and fished up the Kelp within 2 tries.
Stock Pot – Bought with Silver Coins from Manny Max, to the Left of the cooking pot.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Ancash Tribe and interact with the Stew Pot. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
The chest is up on the hill above the Devouring Behemoth Lair area in Ancash Canyon 624,448. This hill is easy to climb, no stairs required!
Ancash Canyon Food Festival Chest 4
To open this chest you will need some Pure Premium Stew.
You will cook this in Ancash Tribe, Ancash Canyon at the pink Food Festival tent at 1066,1097
To make the Stew you will need a Pure version of all the previous recipes from Ancash Canyon, and a Supreme Stock Pot.
The Supreme Stock Pot is bought from Manny Max, to the Left of the cooking pot, using the Rainbow Candy currency.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in Ancash Tribe and interact with the Stew Pot. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
The chest is in the very north of the map 786,91 tucked away under the precipice, no climbing involved, just swim to it!
Misty Forest Food Festival Chest 1
To open this chest you will need some Pure Funny Sauce.
You will cook this in the top floor of Luen in Misty Forest at the pink Food Festival tent at 665,550
The ingredients are: Crocodile Tears, Parsley, and Rosemary.
Crocodile Tears – Looted from Merfolk Hunters, just south of the Merfolk Swamp in Misty Forest 354,1161
Parsley – Can be picked up in an area just south east of the Merfolk Swamp 459,1181
Rosemary – Bought with Silver Coins from Manny Biggs, to the Left of the cooking pot.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in the top floor of Luen and interact with the Bar Counter. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
The chest is found in a tree house in the west of Luen Spring 184,659
You may find it easier to drop down from above to get to this upper section of the house, or you can build stairs from below.
Misty Forest Food Festival Chest 2
To open this chest you will need some Pure Spicy Beer.
You will cook this in the top floor of Luen in Misty Forest at the pink Food Festival tent at 665,550
The ingredients are: Half a Bottle of Rum, Pepper, and Rosemary.
Half a Bottle of Rum – Can be fished up in the waters south of Merfolk Swamp, Misty Forest 310,1244 I used the green (common) Mithril Bait and fished up the Rum on my first try!
Pepper – Pick these up from the Pepper bushes north of Merfolk Swamp 446,871
Rosemary – Bought with Silver Coins from Manny Biggs, to the Left of the cooking pot.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in the top floor of Luen and interact with the Bar Counter. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
Find the chest on a cliff edge west of the Prismatic Valley at 135,961
There is no need to carefully drop down from the upper area, as you can hop onto the lower cliff edge from on the western edge at 116,999
Misty Forest Food Festival Chest 3
To open this chest you will need some Pure Psychedelic Water.
You will cook this in the top floor of Luen in Misty Forest at the pink Food Festival tent at 665,550
The ingredients are: Pure Water, Merfolk Eyeball, and Rosemary.
Pure Water – Looted from the Treants north west of the Botanical Garden, Misty Forest 675,951
Merfolk Eyeball – Can be fished up from the waters around the circular Island in the centre of Silverlit Outskirts 510,1758 I used the green (common) Mithril Bait and fished up the Eyeball within 3 tries
Rosemary – Bought with Silver Coins from Manny Biggs, to the Left of the cooking pot.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in the top floor of Luen and interact with the Bar Counter. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.

Find the chest behind the building in the north of Luen 619,423 nice and easy to get to, just walk around!
Misty Forest Food Festival Chest 4
To open this chest you will need some Pure Chaos Soybean Paste Soup.
You will cook this in the top floor of Luen in Misty Forest at the pink Food Festival tent at 665,550
To make the Soup you will need a Pure version of all the previous recipes from Misty Forest, and a Chaos Water.
The Chaos Water is bought from Manny Biggs, to the Left of the cooking pot, using the Rainbow Candy currency.
Once you have all the ingredients, go to the pink tent in the top floor of Luen and interact with the Bar Counter. Select the correct recipe on the left and hit the cook button to start cooking.
You will need to cook the food perfectly to get the Pure version. Keep the temperature at the correct spot and click when the spatula hits the right zone.
Find the chest on the tower to the east of Luen 847,670.
The chest is on a ledge below the top floor. This may look like a complicated set of jumps but you can actually get to the ledge easily by dropping down to it near the large tree behind the tower at 881,657
