The Vengeful Spirit spawns after killing a Hidden Crypt (your target macro has the crypt in it).
While you are killing the Crypt around 5 Disturbed Spirits will spawn, you need to kill them
the last mob to spawn out of the crypt will be the Vengeful Spirit.
