Pick up the quest then go a little way further up the slope to find your first ‘Strange Mushroom’. Right click it to be catapulted across the hills! When you land, look around for the next mushroom and click again
You will eventually land neat some Eth Ruins (like this one at /setwaypoint 7574 5604), right click to mark the locations, then look around to see if anymore are in easy walking distance before you click your next mushroom.. you can also just switch shard to click the same Eth Ruins multiple times.
Keep using Mushrooms to teleport around till you have marked 10 of the Eth Ruins.

TO COMPLETE: Bring the Tablet of Ekala to Kemtok Nessain in Lantern Hook
Kill Haratotek, Agastem and Morkael to make the Ethian Displacer appear so you can click on it to go to the top of the tower. If you have killed these guys previously then there will be a teleport device in the towers entrance called the Ethian Translocator which will take you straight to the top without having to kill anyone.
You can then drop down to the middle platform of the tower, its best to stand on the edge of the top level and then walk backwards off so you land on the second level.
Loot the Tablet from the Chest, right click it in your bag to start the quest, then hand in the quest to Kemtok Nessain in Lantern Hook at /setwaypoint 7645 6314
A short questline that starts in an unexpected location!
The first quest for the Hidden Questline is on a small ledge down inside the shaft that starts on the upper part of lantern hook and goes all the way down to the Well area in the basement.
Start at the top of Lantern Hook /setwaypoint 7655 6286 and drop down the hole in the tree trunk, attempting to aim for the ledge! This will likely take a few tries!
