Artifact Rewards Vendor
In Meridian, Sanctum and Tempest bay you will find the ‘Artifact Collector’ NPC.
Sanctum – /setwaypoint 7468 3004 – On the middle floor of the Sanctum tower
Meridian – /setwaypoint 6080 5137 – In the large Plaza area in the semi-circle of NPCs
Tempest Bay – /setwaypoint 12974 11524 – Near the Plaza Portal
Hand in your completed artifact sets to these NPCs and collect the rewards. Most sets will give you a treasure chest with a vial/scroll and a little plat/gold inside, some will have additional items such as pets, wardrobe, minions etc.
Most artifact sets will also give you special artifact currencies, either Lucky Coins (in your currency tab) or Planar Nuts (in your bags). These currencies can be used to buy many special items. Bounty Artifacts do not give Lucky Coins.
It is best to use the Tempest Bay NPC as it has the complete collection of items available for sale.

Ascended Power: Quantum Sight / Omen Sight
A re-usable ability that allows you to see Twisted Artifacts on the ground. Quantum Sight for Defiants and Omen Sight for Guardians.
Planar Pellets
Fuel for the Opie mount. There is absolutely no need to spend credits on these. Do not buy this item (explained below).
Consumable
Various Artifact Tracking Vials
If you want to spend money on artifact hunting then you will be so much better off just paying for a patron sub and using patrons artifact tracking, this ability will allow you to see ALL the above artifact types on the map at the same time. You will get one patrons vial per character per day, making it endlessly cheaper than buying these terrible overpriced vials.
You can also buy these vials for plat in game from a vendor in Callweddi, so there is no need to ever buy them with credits!
Bag / Sack / Chest of Planar Pellets
Fuel for the Opie mount. There is absolutely no need to spend credits on these.
You will need 750 pellets each for your planar crafted helm and ranged weapon, this is 50 artifact sets completed, which is super easy to do (Concentrate on Mathosia zones and fill in incomplete sets at the auction house).
You may also wish to use Opie to complete the Vostigar Peaks Puzzle. Though you may find the Jetpack mount to be better and the fuel/currency for Jetpack easier to farm.
