Everything Else! – Below is a full list of items available on the main page of the Carnival store section.
Note: A LOT of the items for sale can be acquired by other means during the event. The 4 hour minion missions (Loot table here) will give you various items, along with opening Carnival Celebration Crates – You will get one of these crates free from every weekly carnival quest.
Your main farm should be the Carnival Instant Adventures. Each Adventure boss kill will give you a Pinata Prize Bag (Loot table here) which has a selection of mounts, pets, artifacts and wardrobes inside!
What should I concentrate on?
- Spend time in Carnival Instant Adventures to open loads of loot!
- Use two alts to farm the currency for the 2 earrings for your main(s) if you don’t have them yet.
- Use more alts to farm currency for any costume items you may want.
- Farm currency on alts to buy the minion cards.
- Farm currency on your main to buy yourself a pretty bind on pick up mount!
5 x Premium Items
Masked Carnival Budgie
Only available as an account wide unlock for credits.
2 x Awesome Gear Pieces
There are many earrings under the gear section, all for different character levels. It is completely pointless to spend currency on the low level earrings. A low level player should buy the level 70 earrings still so they can equip them when they reach max level.
Prismatic Parade Earring (2020) - Best in Slot
This earring is the best in slot earring for DPS for all classes when it is upgraded. You may need to jiggle with your other gear if using the earring puts you above the crit cap.
You will want to pair it with the 2019 carnival earring (see below), you cannot pair together 2 upgraded Prismatic Earrings, the 2019 upgraded earring is better than the unupgraded Prismatic.
When you equip the Prismatic earring you will get 2 buffs! You can see the buffs in your buff bar.
One of the buffs gives you a small stat increase that changes every 10 seconds.
You will also gain another buff that gives you glowy eyes! You can cancel this buff by right clicking it while still keeping the stat increase buff.
Each buff lasts for 10 seconds. – There are 4 separate buffs on a 40 second rotation. – The buffs always follow the same order. – The glowy eyes will match the plane of the current stat buff – You can mouseover the buff in your buff bar to see which you are on.
Earth makes you tougher – Increases block by 200 (only if you are in a tank spec). (same as PTS)
Fire makes your attacks stronger – Increases attack power and spell power by 300. (same as PTS)
Air makes you harder to hit – Increases dodge by 275. (same as PTS)
Water makes your attacks critical – Increases Physical Crit and Spell Crit by 269PC and 260SC. (was 224 on PTS)

Parade Earring (2019) - Second Best in Slot
This earring is the second best in slot earring for all classes.
You will want to pair it with the 2020 carnival earring earring (see above).
The earring is bound to account when you buy it and stays bound to account after upgrading it.
If you are trying to send one to an alt of the same class then you will need to send the one you already upgraded first and then upgrade a fresh one for your main.
You will need 3 prophetic ornament amenders to upgrade your earring.
To get these you buy/craft Visionary ornament amenders and then upgrade them to prophetic ornament amenders yourself using Tenebrean Planar Attuners.

Please note most of the mounts are available for event currency!
In the Rift Store: You will find a selection of mounts, some of these will be the same mount twice, make sure you read the tooltip and purchase the correct unlock!
Some of the mounts unlock for a single character only (usually the ones that are available for event currency).
Some of the mounts unlock for all your characters on your account (usually the ones that are available for credits only).
Be very careful when buying mounts – Some of them are bind on pick up and others are bound to account, you can buy bound to account mounts with your alts to send to your main.. Make sure you buy them on the correct character!
Credit Prices: Prices shown may be for Patrons. Players without a Patron sub will pay slightly more (Patrons get 10% discount on store credit prices).
Mounts for Free! A few of these mounts can also be looted from the Carnival Instant Adventures. The mounts you loot from the adventures will be ‘binds to account’ this means they are tradeable (you may find them on the auction house). When you link a ‘binds to account’ item it will show as ‘bound to account’ but they will not actually be bound until you right click to collect them.

Lesser Essence
Level 70 Lesser Essence
The level 70 essence may be nice to send to a fresh level 70 alt. However you will find better essences drop from normal rifts in high level zones. Your BIS essences are from Raid Rifts.
Level 0-65 Lesser Essences
You can buy these and send to alts if you want to but they are really not worth the time it takes to farm the currency!

Alo's Amazing S'mores
Alo’s Amazing S’mores turns your character into a cute bunny rabbit! The effect lasts for 4 minutes. This item is BOUND TO ACCOUNT so you can buy it on your alt and send it to your main. This item CONSUMES when you use it. It is not re-usable like the other items.
Anniversary Confetti
Your character will throw a handful of confetti in the air in front of you. This item is re-usable and has a 10 second cooldown. It stays Bound to Account, so you use it on any character.
Defiant Fireworks
Your character will throw a firework high in the air above you. This item is re-usable and has a 10 second cooldown. It stays Bound to Account, so you use it on any character.
Guardian Fireworks
Your character will throw a firework high in the air above you. This item is re-usable and has a 10 second cooldown. It stays Bound to Account, so you use it on any character.
Magician's Kit
Urm.. Head will explode upon use!
This item is re-usable and has a 20 second cooldown.
It is soulbound to the character that buys it.
Philter of Abyssal Water
This item puts an Abyssal glow around your weapons. The Philter is not consumed on using and stays Bound to Account, so you use it again on any character. To use it, right click the Philter and then left click your weapon(s) in your wardrobe. The effect will stay on your weapon til you remove it.
Touch of Greed
This item puts an earthly glow around your character.
This effect lasts half an hour.

This item can be looted from the Carnival Pinatas.

This item puts an Abyssal glow around your character.
