Some of the pets are Bound to Account while others are Bind on Pickup, be careful when you buy them!
Some of the pets will also drop from the 4 hour minion missions (more info on main page), so you may want to wait til towards the end of the event before you start buying them!
Some of them will also drop from the Pinata Prize Bags which can be farmed in the Carnival Instant Adventures.
The ‘fluffy’ pets bought with favor all have the name tag of ‘fluffy the Celebrator of Worlds’.

Angry Fluffy
This pet is Bind on Pickup. You will need to buy it with the character you want it on.

Bling (2020)
This pet is Bound to Account – It is available for credits only.
Breezy Fluffy
This pet is Bind on Pickup. You will need to buy it with the character you want it on.

Bubo (2020)
This pet is Bound to Account so you can buy it on your alt and send it to your main.
Calypso
This pet is Bound to Account so you can buy it on your alt and send it to your main.
Carnival Celebration Crate
— This crate has a selection of different pets, including (but not limited too) Deadwater, Cliklik, The Tickle Monster, Coradus, Conflagurous, Moonshadow, Gusto and Noms. They are Bind on Equip, so you can trade/sell duplicates.
— You may also loot previous carnival event mounts and very rarely, the Knight Spider mount.
— The crate also drops Tito’s Partini and Artifacts from the Tito’s Trove set.
— You will get one of these crates free from every weekly carnival quest (3 total per character).
