A shop to buy items from previous Battle Passes.

General Information
With Battle Pass 5 a new vendor was added to Rift so we can buy some of the rewarded items from previous seasons of battle-pass.
If you are looking to buy the actual Battle Pass then that is done straight form the Battle Pass UI, more info on the main page.
Vendor Location
The vendor is called ‘Huckster Ratioskr’, you can find him in Tempest Bay at

Expertise Shards Currency
The vendor sells items for a new currency called ‘Expertise Shards’, these are earned by completing Battle Pass quests.
Daily Quests will grant 1 Expertise Shard.
Weekly Quests will grant 5 Expertise Shards.
You will loot the Expertise Shards when you open the Expertise Cache given when you complete a BP quest. The currency is listed in your currency tab under ‘events’.
The currency can be traded between your alts, there is info about this below.
Number Crunching
With a 56 day long battle pass you will be given 224 dailies (or 336 with patron) earning 1 Shard per daily, and 9** sets of 3 weeklies earning 5 shards each, a total of 135 shards.
You can earn a total of 359 shards or 471 with patron*.
This is the maximum you can earn each battle pass by doing every single quest every day/week.
*Plus an extra 6 if you count the last ‘half day’.
**You will need to reroll the last ‘complete 14 quests’ weekly to be able to complete all 3 weeklies of the 9th set in one day.

Buying Items
You need to be super careful when buying items, some items will have the ‘lock’, letting you know that you already have them, while other items do not.
This is generally an issue with the wardrobe items which are ‘wrapped’ in a container.
To see if you already have these items, left click them so they appear in the preview window and then hover over the item under your character picture. Here it will tell you if you have the wardrobe unlocked or not.

Premium
Banker skins from previous battle passes.
The Banker summon abilities will appear on your General Abilities Tab under the ‘Patron Summons’ category, collect it from your mailbox first!
It summons a banker that has a separate cooldown to the normal patron banker (but shares a cooldown with other battle pass bankers). The bankers will only work when you have an active patron sub.

You will be able to buy this minion card once you have handed in the completed artifact set from Season 6.

Notoriety
Event - Trade currency to alts
At the vendor you can use your Expertise Shards to buy vouchers for Expertise Shards. These can then be mailed to an alt on the same shard so they can open the voucher box and loot the Expertise Shards.
This will be helpful for peeps who complete the quests on many different characters but want to gather all the Expertise Shards on one character to be able to buy the items.
