This box is tucked away UNDER the ice. Stand in the exact location and turn your camera to look under the ice.
You may have difficulty seeing it depending on your graphics settings, try switching them from low to high til you can see the box and then pick it up!

On the crest of a mountain on the way to the iron pine peak puzzle location.
Go up the hill behind the hut at /setwaypoint 3815 2095

This one is inside the cave, the cave entrance is at /setwaypoint 2888 2406
Just enter the cave and walk towards the waypoint, the contraption is on top of the table.

This one is inside the howling caves.. Entrance is at /setwaypoint 3595 1441
Just enter the cave and walk towards the waypoint, the contraption is on top of the third wooden beam.

On top of the entrance to the cave, easy to get to.

Hidden just underneath the ice.

Very easy to find, in the water at the blood iron pools.

This one is deep inside the Cloudbourne Caverns, the entrance to the cave system is at /setwaypoint 4377 1185
The contraption is hidden behind a wall of ice, you may need to adjust your graphics settings to see it properly.
Just walk right up to the edge of the ice wall and angle your camera so you can see the contraption to grab it.

Box is located behind a statue on the raised platform.
