These artifacts can be found inside Nightmare Caches. These Caches are awarded to you every 10 levels of a Nightmare Rift.
The nightmare artifacts that you get from the caches are completely random, for instance: you do not need to do a NMR4 to get the NMR4 artifacts, they will drop from any of the NMRs.
This set is NOT known to be found inside artifact caches, looted from minion missions, or rewarded from the daily/weekly gifts
