- Looted in the Normal Mode Charmer’s Caldera Dungeon – Level 48-50 – Be sure to kill and loot all the trash too!
- Tactician’s Shield – Bought in the Rift Store > Equipment > Armor > Favor, with Favor (be sure to check both Factions)
- Tactician’s Shield – Bought in the Rift Store > Cosmetics > Costume Weapons, with Credits
